TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

1. Must be existing private car owners of vehicles registered in Singapore.
2. Valid for new customers of SGPCarInsurance.com only.
3. Promotion is applicable only for car owners with car insurance policies expiring in less than 60 days from the policy’s expiry date that has yet to be renewed.
4. Promotion is only applicable for car insurance renewals of 12 months or more.
5. Promotion is only applicable for policyholders with minimum of 24 months valid driving licence and no history of revoked or suspended licence.
6. Promotion is not valid for vehicles with less than two years to COE expiry.
7. Promotion does not apply to owner/ main driver/ and/or the named driver(s) that has claim(s) and/or accident history in the past 3 years.
8. Promotion is not applicable to vehicles more than 10 years old and above.
9. Promotion does not apply to commercial motor insurance ( lorries, vans, trucks, tractors, buses, taxis, etc ) or vehicles registered for commercial purpose such as dispatch, chauffeur, rental, taxi, private hire or fleet, etc ). Company registered vehicles are also excluded.
10. Promotion does not apply to vehicles above 2500cc, and/or sports/ coupe/ cabriolet models and/or luxury/ high performance makes and models.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All vouchers redemption must be made within the stipulated period stated on the redemption email. Car owners must be physically present for the collection and must bring along your NRIC with a print-out of the redemption letter for verification purpose.
2. Collection is to be made in person at: SGP Car Insurance – 150 Orchard Road , #06-07, Singapore 238841. Operating Hours – Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays. Customers are advised to call to make an appointment prior to voucher collection.
3. Supplier’s terms and conditions apply.
4. Not valid with any other promotions and campaigns.
5. SGPCarInsurance.com reserves the rights to change, amend, add or remove any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. The decision of SGPCarInsurance.com is final.
7. We will email you the redemption letter within 10 working days .
